I believe an effective idea cannot be comfortable for everyone. That kind of sterility dissolves in the noise, goes unnoticed, gives people nothing to talk about, solves no business problem, and burns budget.
In my work I dig into every detail, ask uncomfortable questions, look for the core insight, and do not stop until it clicks.
I can teach people to hate “good enough”.
I build processes, run brainstorms and workshops, sharpen ideas, and stay on top of the outcome. My job is to help the team grow and do work they can be proud of.
Not all of them, just the most interesting ones I can talk about

Built the department from scratch: set up processes, assembled a strong team, and personally supervised ideas all the way to the right level at every stage. Helped more than five people grow into creative directors and heads at major agencies, with most of them going through the whole journey inside the company rather than leaving for competitors. Rebuilt processes several times as the market changed, introducing new tools and automation where it truly helped. The team started doing more without losing quality. I taught people to think in ideas, not in pictures. Regular workshops and new standards turned one-off projects into long-term brand partnerships and brought the agency awards from G8, SM, Tagline, and Red Apple.
The main thing I achieved was building an environment where people are not afraid to take on hard tasks and know how to sell even the boldest idea as a confident business solution.

Led both team and processes: managed a group of SMM specialists, each handling several projects. Made sure every account kept its energy and quality without slipping on deadlines. Strengthened the pitch team by proactively helping creatives with ideas and SMM strategies for incoming briefs. Kept the content base fresh, stopping projects from stagnating by introducing new formats and solutions whenever client interest started to cool down.

Took dry, heavy news and translated it into human language. Wrote sharp intros and built meme-driven visuals to go with them. Worked faster than the news feeds and produced posts in real time. Reacted to news triggers before most people even knew about them.
I was always trying to find that one insight that made people repost en masse, write “Pikcher is god!” in the comments, and drag the visual into their own channels.
